House By The Forest

A forest-based, cave-inspired architectural space blending nature

This project utilizes the SubD function in Rhino to design and construct a dynamic space, an architectural model. It employs various functions of Grasshopper to complete the modular construction of the building, including the random generation of stones of different sizes scattered across the structural framework. The site is located in a forest, surrounded by trees, with the cave-like geometric shapes and decorations cover the entire architectural structure. This concept is applied throughout the circulation areas of the proposal, creating spaces that are neither entirely indoors nor outdoors, transitioning from natural to artificial language. The project aims to foster a positive and sustained connection with the natural world.
